- Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk until it forms soft floppy peaks. Add the lemon curd and grate in the zest from the lemon. Fold together until evenly mixed.
- Spoon into a rigid container and freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours
- Serve in scoops as it is or with raspberries(fresh or defrosted frozen) crushed with a little creme de cassis
